LAS VEGAS – Doug Roberts, partner for the Nevada division of Panattoni Development Company, announced the company recently finalized three commercial property sales at the Buffalo/215 Business Park for a total value of more than $800,000.
Desert Kitchens LLC purchased Buffalo/215 Building 4, a 6,150-square-foot office space at 7693 W. Post Road. The total value of the transaction was $319,800. The sale closed on June 25. Pat Marsh of Colliers International – Las Vegas represented both Panattoni and the buyer.
Kickjab Inc. purchased Buffalo/215 Building 3, a 6,150-square-foot office space at 7711 W. Post Road. The total value of the transaction was $319,800. The sale closed on May 8. Marsh also represented both Panattoni and the buyer during this transaction.
Buffalo Post LLC purchased a 0.97-acre parcel of raw land at Post Road and Pioneer Way. The total value of the transaction was $168,980. The sale closed on July 12. Marsh represented both Panattoni and the buyer.
These transactions mark the sale of all remaining properties owned by Panattoni at the Buffalo/215 Business Park. The company announced it is now sold out at this location.
