LAS VEGAS, NV – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of LVI Global Building, a 37,879 square-foot office property located in Las Vegas, NV, according to Richard A. Bird, regional manager of the firm’s Las Vegas office. The asset sold for $6,650,000.
Chris Cunning, First Vice President Investments and Tina D. Taylor, Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Tim Erickson, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office.
LVI Global Building is located at 1401 Hillshire Drive in Las Vegas, NV. According to Cunning and Taylor, “This Class A professional multi- tenant, two-story office property is situated in the heart of Summerlin, just north of Summerlin Parkway, at the Town Center exit. It boasts 37,789-square feet of campus like atmosphere for its tenants.” Erickson states that “this asset was appealing due to its strong location and long term leases to well-established tenants.”
