Gordon Silver, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Teresa M. Pilatowicz has been selected to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Next Generation Program. Pilatowicz was one of 40 young bankruptcy attorneys nationwide selected to participate in the program. The Next Generation Program is designed to host up-and-coming bankruptcy practitioners with five to 10 years of experience who:
- Focus the majority of their practice to bankruptcy cases.
- Demonstrate legal excellence in the practice of bankruptcy law.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professionals and professional activities that will benefit the public, members of the bar and the court system.
- Display a serious commitment to principles of civility, ethics and professionalism.
Pilatowicz is an attorney in the firm’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice. Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy including representation of creditors, trustees, and corporate debtors.
The Next Generation Program will offer three events solely for program participants, including a private gathering with bankruptcy judges and a networking reception of peers. It will be held in conjunction with the 87th Annual Meeting of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges taking place October 30 – November 2, 2013, in Atlanta.
