LAS VEGAS – Mike Mixer, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today that the company has promoted Ryan Martin, SIOR, CCIM to senior vice president. Martin, whose promotion follows several significant milestones in sales volume and revenue, will continue to develop and execute strategic plans and provide leadership for the office division of Colliers International.
Martin has more than 13 years of experience in the Nevada real estate market. He joined the Las Vegas office of Colliers International in 2006, where his expertise and specialization in office leasing, sales, site selection, and strategic real estate consulting quickly made him a valuable member of the office division. Martin is dedicated to furthering his professional credentials. He currently serves on the boards of several prominent organizations, and recently received the Society of Industrial and Office of Realtor’s (SIOR) designation, an accreditation reserved for top producers in the commercial real estate industry. He is also an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, where he currently serves on the board of directors and in 2012 served as the organization’s president.
“Ryan is extremely deserving of this promotion,” said Mixer. “Time and again he has proven to be a great asset, and his expertise in the local office market and his dedication to superior client service has made him an extremely valuable member of our team.”
