(Las Vegas, NV) Sambalatte Torrefazione announced Dan Molitor as manager of the Las Vegas Boca Park location. Molitor’s duties will include day-to-day employee management and operations of the award winning coffee lounge and restaurant.
Molitor received his degree in hotel and restaurant management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His experience in the food and beverage industry ranges from international internships in the Netherlands to high volume restaurants and conference resort hotels, such as: Dolce International Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, Loews Hotels, Caesars Palace and MGM Grand. He has held positions from F&B Manager to Banquet & Convention Set-up Manager and General Manager.
Molitor was part of the grand opening team at Sambalatte in 2010. He rejoined the brand in 2012 to assist creator and owner, Luiz Oliveira. Molitor has extensive knowledge of hospitality start-up requirements and financial essentials. The blend of more than 15 years in food and beverage management, strong leadership skills, and unique talent development strategies have made him an industry expert.
