CALV sees big local benefit from Xceligent deal

CALV members benefit from deal between Xceligent, CBRE, Colliers, Jones Lang LaSalle

LAS VEGAS – Thanks to national agreements announced by Xceligent and three of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms, the commercial real estate database used by members of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) just got a lot more powerful.

So says CALV President Tedd Rosenstein, who welcomed last week’s announcement that CBRE Group, Inc., Colliers International, and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. signed multi-year agreements to utilize Xceligent’s products nationwide.

“This is good news for CALV and our members, who enjoy preferred pricing on this Xceligent platform that will now include much more information about local and national commercial real estate properties handled by three of the largest firms,” Rosenstein said.

Xceligent, Inc., a leading provider of proactively researched commercial real estate information and marketing solutions, announced that CBRE Group, Inc., Colliers International, and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. have signed multi-year agreements for Xceligent researched products. The agreements provide for access to the Xceligent platform in all existing and future U.S. markets, including the 100-plus markets to be launched as part of Xceligent’s national rollout of its comprehensive research solution.

Through the multi-year agreements, Xceligent officials said CBRE, Colliers International, and Jones Lang LaSalle professionals will be able to provide their clients comprehensive and certified market information to make well-informed business decisions, as well as provide exposure of their clients’ available properties to millions of potential buyers and lessors.
