The Glenn Group Selected to Handle PR for Nevada 150

The Glenn Group has been hired by the Nevada Sesquicentennial Planning Committee to handle public relations promoting the statewide celebration of Nevada’s Sesquicentennial birthday. The agency will work closely with the planning committee to help build awareness and excitement for the celebration.

“We are honored to have been selected to help carry out the Governor’s plan to promote the activities surrounding our State’s 150th birthday,” said B.C. LeDoux, president/partner at The Glenn Group. “There are already a ton of incredible ideas and initiatives in the works that will help us showcase the unique attributes of our state and all that it offers.”

Through an executive order signed by Governor Brian Sandoval, the Nevada Sesquicentennial Commission has been planning the yearlong celebration set to launch on October 31, 2013 (Nevada Day) culminating on October 31, 2014.
