Jay Heller of Heller Companies represented the seller, Vegas Investment Partners, LLC.

Gatski Commercial’s Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley represented the seller, Camelat Family Trust, in the disposition of a 6,064-square-foot office/industrial building for $578,200 at 1172 Wigwam Parkway in Henderson.

Gatski Commercial’s Laramie Bracken and Ali Roesener represented Mer-Car Corporation, in a 120-month lease of a 3,000-square-foot free-standing retail building at 21 Marion Drive in Las Vegas for $474,223. John Dawson from Las Vegas Commercial and Business Sales represented the tenant, James Lee.

Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented CVPropCo. LLC in an 84-month lease of an 8,141-square-foot industrial space at 3485 Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas for $342,520. Bill Walsh of  New Growth Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, Ed Roman Enterprises, Inc.
