Three Day Workshop Opens the Door to Performance Improvement in Your Organization
Washington, DC (March 14, 2013) – The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) is hosting a three-day Principles and Practices of Performance Improvement Institute on Friday, April 12 through Sunday, April 14, 2013 from 8:30 am – 5 pm at the Silver Legacy Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. This intensive, three-day institute covers the tools and techniques necessary to achieve measurable results in the workplace. It is ideal for anyone who is responsible for improving productivity and human performance. Registration for the Principles and Practices of Performance Improvement Institute is $1,499 for guests and $1,299 for ISPI members.
Performance improvement is a systematic approach to improving productivity and competence, using processes and procedures that are based on evidence-based practice. This proven method of addressing complex performance problems can be applied to individuals, small groups, and large organizations.
Guided by expert instructors and facilitators, workshop participants explore topics through active problem solving on real workplace scenarios and case studies. Participants collaborate with one another as they learn how to analyze, evaluate, intervene, and measure results. While learning the foundations of performance improvement, attendees are taught to apply the proven tools and techniques used in the workplace today.
Workshop attendees will leave the conference with the knowledge they need to implement performance improvement interventions to boost effectiveness, reduce operational costs, and improve business processes for their own businesses, organizations, or clients.
The Principles and Practices of Performance Improvement Institute is one of several pre-conference workshops taking place as part of THE Performance Improvement Conference. For more information or to register, visit www.ispi.org/ac2013 or call 301-587-8570.
