David Stone, president of Nevada Association Services, Inc. (NAS, Inc.), a licensed collections agency for community associations, taught an advanced course to 40 DCALs (Dedicated Community Association Leaders) at the CAI-Nevada office on March 16, 2013.
He presented a detailed overview of the laws and procedures regarding the collection process in the common interest community industry.Stone, a licensed broker, is an expert on collections, short sales, foreclosures and other real estate topics. He launched Nevada Association Services, Inc., which specializes exclusively in collections for community associations, in 1999.
NAS, Inc. does business throughout Nevada. David Stone is also an active member of the CAI-Nevada legislative action committee.
