(Las Vegas, Nev.) The Community Associations Institute of Nevada honored Level Property Management as 2012 Outstanding Small Management Company of the Year at the CAI-Nevada Chapter Gala Awards.
Six companies were nominated for the award, which is presented annually to a management company that exemplifies the ethics of CAI and fosters the educational and management goals of the associations with which they work. Honorees must also provide exceptional employee support standards and support the educational and service goals of CAI.
Anne Calarco is president and managing partner of the Las Vegas-based Level Property Management, which offers full-service management solutions for homeowners associations. She has more than 14 years of experience managing community associations in Nevada. Calarco is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Dedicated Community Association Leader (DCAL). Level also has two CPAs on staff.
CAI-Nevada is a trade organization representing homeowners associations, community managers and industry partners statewide.
