Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services named Michael Golubic Chief Engineer for the Zappos.com facilities management project.
He specializes in high-rise properties for Gatski Commercial with responsibilities for the implementation and administration of all day-to-day building maintenance and tenant services for 101 Convention Center Drive and 400 N. Stewart Ave. including fire system compliance, mechanical systems and preventative maintenance. Golubic is also helping clients achieve energy savings due to his extensive knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems.
Prior to joining Gatski Commercial, he worked for RMI Property Management, LLC.
At RMI, he served as assistant chief engineer for Juhl Las Vegas, Allure Tower and lead engineer for Panorama Towers.
In addition to being employed in the multi-family housing industry, his background also includes serving as an engineering supervisor for Hilton Grand Vacations Club. His commercial background includes 12 years working in a mechanical and engineering role for Nevada Savings and Loan. He has expertise with mechanical building systems, HVAC and fire systems. Golubic has been a Nevada resident since 1969.
Golubic’s education includes Disney customer service courses and a variety of technical training programs, including boom lift safety. He holds a pumps and pipe class certificate, boiler certificate, OSHA general industry safety, health certification and an EPA certification, among others.
